This mini camp is 3 days of yoga fun running from 1pm-4pm for kids age 4-9. Participants will learn and practice yoga and mindfulness through music, stories, games and a variety of crafts and activities. Participants must bring their own healthy snack and water bottle, all other supplies will be provided.


    Pregnant women in all stages of pregnancy are welcomed. Through yoga postures, guided relaxation and breath awareness you will prepare the body and mind for the birth, and at the same time relieve the discomfort and stress associated with pregnancy.


    This class is designed to mindfully help women strengthen their back, abdominal and pelvic floor muscles and help release tension in the shoulders and neck muscles, decreasing stress and promoting inner-calmness through breathwork, gentle movement and meditation. Recommended for all women at least 6 to 8 weeks postpartum

  • MOMMY & TOT YOGA (AGE 2-3)

    This is a fun 45 minute class for mom and tot to learn and practice yoga together through music, games and stories.

  • MOMMY & ME (AGE 3-5)

    A fun class to share your love of yoga with your little one! Classes are designed around the age group of the class incorporating fun music and games and partner activities for all ages!


    Though music, art, songs, dancing and yoga styles games children 3-5 gain the physical benefits of yoga while learning about emotions, self regulation and coping skills. Little yogis learn best through social interaction, repetition and play.


    A great introduction or continuation into yoga for all kiddos age 6-8. Through music, games and activities we learn and practice traditional yoga poses, mindfulness and calming breath all while having a lot fun!


    Whether continuing from kids yoga or being brand new to yoga this class is open to all kids age 9-11. Building strength and confidence through yoga postures and mindfulness activities.


    This class provides a great way for girls age 9-11 to cultivate self-worth, body awareness, and social skills. Our goal is to develop strong minds and bodies which help keep the spirit bright.

    Designed to help teens to build strength, confidence and flexibility, while relieving the stress of being a teen. Connection, fun, and peer support is what you will see in this class

  • YOGA FOR TEENS (15-18)

    An introduction to yoga for older teens. Building strength, confidence and flexibility through movement, mindfulness and breath.


    This Friday afternoon class brings teens age 12+ together in a relaxed and comfortable environment to release the tensions from the week. Focusing on mindfulness and stress relief through movement and breath.
