    A fun class to share your love of yoga with your little one! Classes are designed around the age group of the class incorporating fun music and games and partner activities for all ages!

  • LITTLE YOGIS (3-5)MORNING

    Though music, art, songs, dancing and yoga styles games children 3-5 gain the physical benefits of yoga while learning about emotions, self regulation and coping skills. Little yogis learn best through social interaction, repetition and play.

    A great introduction or continuation into yoga for all kiddos age 5-8. Through music, games and activities we learn and practice traditional yoga poses, mindfulness and calming breath all while having a lot fun!

  • YOGA FOR TWEENS (9-11)

    Whether continuing from kids yoga or being brand new to yoga this class is open to all kids age 9-11. Building strength and confidence through yoga postures and mindfulness activities.

  • TWEENS/TEENS (11-13)

    This class is for tweens/teens age 11-13 who are looking to begin or advance in their yoga practice. Focusing on growing a personal practice in a welcoming and comfortable environment of peers.

  • PRENATAL

    Pregnant women in all stages of pregnancy are welcomed. Through yoga postures, guided relaxation and breath awareness you will prepare the body and mind for the birth, and at the same time relieve the discomfort and stress associated with pregnancy.

  • POSTNATAL

    This class is designed to mindfully help women strengthen their back, abdominal and pelvic floor muscles and help release tension in the shoulders and neck muscles, decreasing stress and promoting inner-calmness through breathwork, gentle movement and meditation. Recommended for all women at least 6 to 8 weeks postpartum

  • SIMPLY YOGA - MATURE TEEN -ADULT

    A class with a little bit of everything designed for the adult through mature teenager age spectrum to come together in a comfortable environment, everyone is welcome. Sign up as one or know that you and your teen could make it a practice together. Join us to explore yoga through breath, movement and mindfulness. Class sizes are kept small creating a welcoming and comforting environment with the ability to focus on alignment, connections and growth in your own practice.

  • ADAPTIVE KIDS YOGA**MESSAGE TO BOOK

    Yoga for everyone! This class is uniquely suited to meet each child where they are to develop and enhance the skills they already possess. Adaptive Yoga celebrates what any child can achieve and how they learn. Kids learn how to move their bodies through gross and fine muscle skills and motor planning. Breath work teaches kids to feel their breath and use it to positively affect their mood.** This class is Aide or Guardian supported.
