why kids yoga
Kids today are busier than ever and practicing Yoga has many of the same benefits for kids as it does in adults. The physical benefits of practicing yoga are much the same in enhancing strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. But the overall practice of yoga can help kids to relax, relieving stress and anxiety, it can help cultivate a deeper awareness of their inner self and how they relate to the world around them allowing them to better identify and manage their emotions.

A fun class to share your love of yoga with your little one! Classes are designed around the age group of the class incorporating fun music and games and partner activities for all ages!
Recommended for women 6 to 8 weeks postpartum. This class is designed to mindfully help women strengthen their back, abdominal and pelvic floor muscles and help release tension in the shoulders and neck muscles, decreasing stress and promoting inner-calmness through breathwork, gentle movement and meditation.
Pregnant women in all stages of pregnancy are welcomed. Through yoga postures, guided relaxation and breath awareness you will prepare the body and mind for the birth, and at the same time relieve the discomfort and stress associated with pregnancy.
A class to bring teens together in a comfortable, inclusive environment. This class brings together the foundations of yoga to help build strength and confidence.
Though music, art, songs, dancing and yoga styles games children 3-5 gain the physical benefits of yoga while learning about emotions, self regulation and coping skills. Little yogis learn best through social interaction, repetition and play.
This class provides a great way for youth age 9-11 to cultivate self-worth, body awareness, and social skills. Our goal is to develop strong minds and bodies which help keep the spirit bright.
A great introduction or continuation into yoga for kids age 6-8. Through music, games and activities we learn and practice traditional yoga poses, mindfulness and calming breath all while having a lot fun!
